Memorandum for limited company (If applicant’s name not mentioned in the trade license)
Forwarding letter or Blank pad.
Marriage Certificate
If not mentioned the spouse name on the passport have to provide marriage certificate with English translated notary public. (Only required when applying with husband).
Phone Number
02 active phone number are required for applicant and a Grantor’s phone number. Grantor – Someone who knows applicant well, such as Friend/ Relative/ colleague.

Photo
Recent photo required within 06 months.
Do not use glasses, cap etc. Ear should be visible.
Used photographs in any previous visa, cannot be accepted.
Bank Statement:
Your bank balance should not be less than 20,000 TK after any transactions for last 2 months.
There should be transactions every month.
Don’t provide booster bank statement. That’s means depositing a significant amount of money in the last two or three transactions to boost the account balance for the bank statement.
Ensure that your bank balance remains sufficient until your processed passport is returned to you.
Name
Name should be the same as like passport name to all of your documents. If not affidavit required.
Phone calls:
It’s important not to overlook any phone calls from the Submission Center or The Royal Thai Embassy, as failing to receive the phone call, could lead to your visa being rejected.
When contacted from embassy, clearly express your intention for travel only, as you are applying for a tourist visa. Refraining from mentioning business, medical, or any other purposes.
It’s important to clearly inform the office ‘Telephone operator’ about your employment status/role etc., as they may contact your office.
