• Valid Passport with sufficient remaining validity (Not less than 7 month)
• Last 06 months bank statement (Bank balance BDT 1,50,000 at least for each applicant )
• Bank solvency certificate
• Recent photo 2 copies – (white background, photo size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm, matt paper)
• Visiting card
• Vaccine Certificate
• NID

Additional Documents

For Employee

• No objection certificate (NOC)
• Company ID card

For Businessman

• Renewal trade license copy with notary public (English translated)
• Memorandum for limited company form page XII (One photo copy)
• Forwarding letter

For Minor

• Birth Certificate 

Note:

• Photo will not be older than 3 months, should not be used this photo any visa before.
• Have to provide all old passport (If have)
• If not mentioned spouse name in the passport, have to provide marriage certificate with English translated notary public.
