• Parent’s NID/ Full Name & Date of Birth
• Spouse’s NID/ Full Name & Date of Birth (if married)
• Marriage certificate (if married)
• Son/ Daughter’s NID
• Relative information (If any relatives live in the Australia)

Financial Documents

• Last 06 months bank statement
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Proof of savings (FDR, DPS, Sanchaypatra etc.)
• TIN Certificate & Last 3 years income tax returns certificate with payment amount.
• Asset valuation report (If applicable)

Professional Docs:

• Trade license copy/ NOC (No objection certificate)/ Relevant documents based on profession
• Other professional docs (if any): Salary Certificate/ Pay Slips/ Visiting card

Other Information

• Arrival & Departure dates of all international trips in the last 5 years
• If someone is inviting you or live from the Australia, provide:
  • Full Name
  • Full Address
  • Contact details (if available)

• Lost or stolen passport history (If any)
• Name changed information on the NID (If applicable)
