• Visiting card
• Vaccine Certificate
• NID
• TIN

For Employee

• No objection certificate (NOC)

For Businessman

• Trade license (Latest copy)

For Minor

• Birth Certificate 

Note:

• Last two passports needed.
• Applicant’s have to present to the embassy for biometric when it will be submitted.
• Payment is fully refundable in case of rejection.
