• Valid Passport (Validity not less than 9 month) & all old passport if have.
• Last 06 months bank statement (Bank balance BDT 3,00,000 for each applicant)
• Bank solvency certificate (Bank address and phone number is mandatory in the solvency)
• Recent photo 2 copies (white background only, photo size 2 inch X 2 inch))
• Visiting card
• TIN Certificate

Profession Docs

Employer: 

• Blank pad or No objection certificate (NOC)
• BMDC certificate for Doctor
• BAR council Certificate for Advocate

Business:

• Latest trade license copy with English translated notary public.
• Memorandum for limited company (If applicant’s name not mentioned in the trade license)
• Blank pad or Forwarding letter.

Child/Minor:

• Academic ID card copy (Academic address and phone number is mandatory in the ID card)
